What we collect

When you use the AI Growth Engine Diagnostic, request a plan, buy an audit, or submit an intake, we may collect your name, email, optional mobile number, email and SMS consent choices, business information, diagnostic answers, payment status, source and campaign data, and the context you choose to provide.

How we use it

Mass Ideation Inc. uses this information to deliver your result and requested plan, match audit payment with intake, provide the audit, respond to questions, improve the funnel, and prevent abuse. Ongoing Mass Ideation newsletter emails are sent only when you choose the optional newsletter checkbox. Marketing text messages are sent only when you provide a mobile number and choose the separate optional SMS checkbox. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time or reply STOP to opt out of text messages.

Service providers

We use service providers including Netlify for hosting, GoHighLevel for CRM, email, and SMS, Stripe for payment processing, and YouTube for the embedded video. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information. Mobile information and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Cookies and tracking

We use essential browser storage and limited first-party event tracking to operate the funnel, preserve attribution, measure page and form activity, and prevent abuse. Embedded services such as Stripe and YouTube may set their own cookies or similar technologies under their published privacy policies.

Data security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we collect, including encrypted HTTPS connections and access controls for the systems that process contact and payment information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Retention and choices

We keep records as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain business and payment records, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. To request access, correction, deletion, or removal from marketing, email miguel@massideation.com. Some records may be retained when required for payment, tax, dispute, or security purposes.
