Set up the WHEEL OS Starter safely in your own HighLevel account.

The import screen should name WHEEL OS Starter — Portable v1 [QA] [v2]. This beta starter requires manual configuration; keep every imported workflow disabled until you complete an owned-contact test.

What you are setting up

A 13-asset starter system, kept draft-first.

The Starter includes two consent fields, a form, a funnel/page, a pipeline, a scorecard, two tags, four workflows, and their folder. It is a starting point—not a ready-made live system.

1 · Import safely

Start in a test location or labeled draft area.

Do not import contacts, conversations, payment credentials, calendars, Zoom links, sender settings, social connections, private alert recipients, or historical appointments. If anything imports active, pause it before testing.

The pipeline begins with neutral stages and zero-percent probabilities. Do not move existing contacts or opportunities into it, and do not replace an existing sales pipeline.

Import Starter Snapshot

You will need to sign in to HighLevel to import it. Opening this link or starting an import does not prove the Snapshot is installed or your account is activated.

2 · Reconnect your account

Replace placeholders before you publish.

  • Business and sender name
  • A monitored reply-to email and support link
  • Your lead-magnet, resource, booking, and referral URLs
  • Your customer/onboarding stage and internal recovery recipient

Connect your own sending domain, calendar, social account, and other integrations directly in HighLevel. Never put passwords, payment keys, or private contact lists into the Starter.

3 · Prove the safe path

Use an email address and account you own.

  • A consented form submission creates one test contact and one intended enrollment.
  • Newsletter consent remains off unless you deliberately select it.
  • Resource, booking, and referral links point to your own approved destinations.
  • A reply or unsubscribe exits nurture; no referral is sent before a human marks a customer happy.

Turn on one layer at a time: page/form, owned-contact test, sender test, nurture, customer success, referral, then an approved social connection. Pause immediately for an unexpected message, wrong link, or missing exit condition.
